The WebAward Competition is an international award program that recognizes excellence in website development. Now in its 12th year, the WebAwards has received entries from over 20 countries worldwide in 9 different languages. The WebAward competition will name the best website in 96 different industry categories. Last year, the Best of Show honor went to The Walt Disney Internet Group for Disney.com/Disney XD. Websites are judged on technology, innovation, interactivity, ease of use, content, copywriting, and design. This competition offers feedback to the entrants in the form of judge's scores, and often judge's comments, which most other competitions do not. The entry form is entirely online making nominating a site very easy. The marketing opportunities for winning a WebAward are tremendous. Having their logo on your site is like having a "Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval" in website development. This competition is a must!
