Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada is hosting the Sponsorship Marketing Awards which recognize excellence in sponsorship marketing particularly strategy and activation. The awards are comprised of seven categories. Please note that only one case is eligible to win in only up to two categories.
The categories are:
- Sports (event, organization, athlete)
- Arts & Entertainment (performance, organization)
- Cause (Not for profit)
- Special Interest (A sponsorship marketing program created to drive business results in areas other than sports, arts and entertainment, or cause.)
- Media Sponsorship (program or event that is experienced primarily via a media source such as TV, radio, print, internet, etc.)
You may also enter into one or both of the following 2 categories:
- Sustained Success (Demonstrated delivery of business results over 3 consecutive years or longer)
- Small Budget (Less than $100,000 annually, for total rights fees and activation programs)
Deadline for Entries: February 8, 2010
Fees: $250 per case submittion
